If not called for by that date, the order may, at seller's option, be cancelled, and trees revert to seller and deposit will be forfeited.A 40% deposit within 72 hours is required with all orders. All trees are offered subject to prior sale. Balance is C.O.D. except to those with established credit. Customer is responsible for the freight charges.
