Follow
Rte. 422, bearing left onto the 422 bypass outside of Reading (NOT going
straight onto 422 Business) and continuing to the Lancaster Avenue exit (left exit). Turn
left at the end of the exit ramp. Continue on Business Rte. 222 South for .65
(65/100) mile. After going
under a railroad bridge bear left onto Rte. 625 South. Continue about 2 miles
to Sheerlund Forests on the left.
When approaching Reading on
422 East:
Follow
Rte. 422 (limited access highway) to the Lancaster Avenue exit (left exit). Turn
right at the end of the exit ramp. Continue on Business Rte. 222 South for .65
(65/100) mile. After going
under a railroad bridge bear left onto Rte. 625 South. Continue about 2 miles
to Sheerlund Forests on the left.
When approaching Reading on 222 South:
Rte. 222 will be joined by Rte 422 East. Follow Rte.
422 East towards Pottstown (Rte. 222 will bear to the right; Rte. 422 will go
straight.)
Follow
Rte. 422 East to Lancaster Avenue exit (left exit). Turn right at the
end of the exit ramp. Continue on Business Rte. 222 South for .65
(65/100) mile. After going under a railroad bridge bear left onto Rte. 625
South. Continue about 2 miles to Sheerlund Forests on the left.
When approaching Reading on 222 North:
Leave Rte. 222 at the exit onto Rte. 568 and follow signs to
Knauers. Go two miles and turn left at the light onto Rte. 625 North. Go
4.9 miles to Sheerlund Forests on the right.
From Exit 298 (Morgantown) on PA
Turnpike:
Take
Rte.176 toward Reading. Exit at Green Hills (Exit 7) and turn left onto Rte.
10 North. After going down a long hill, turn left onto Rte 724 West, then left
onto High Blvd. (between two churches). Follow to Sheerlund Forests sign on
left.
From Philadelphia:
Take
the PA Turnpike West to Exit 298 (Morgantown) and follow directions above, or
take Rte. 422 West and follow directions above.
From New York City:
Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 14, then Rte.78 West.
Follow Rte. 78 into Pennsylvania (toll at border). Continue
on Rte. 78. to exit 54A (Rte. 222 South and Hamilton Avenue). Follow Rte. 222
South to Reading. As you approach Reading, Rte. 222 South bears right onto a
divided highway. Continue on it toward Lancaster.
Rte. 222 will be joined by Rte 422 East. Follow Rte.
422 East towards Pottstown (Rte 222 will bear to the right; Rte. 422 will go
straight.)

Rte. 422 East to Lancaster Avenue exit (left exit). Turn right at the
end of the exit ramp. Continue on Business Rte. 222 South for .65 (

From Washington DC:
Take Rte. 95 North toward Baltimore.
Exit onto Baltimore Beltway, Rte. 695, west toward Towson.
Stay on Rte. 695 for about 20 minutes and exit onto Rte. 83
North, toward York. Take Rte. 83 North to York and exit at Rte. 30 East toward
Lancaster. Stay on Rte. 30 East to the Lancaster Exit at Rte. 222 North
toward Reading. Follow 222 North,
then exit onto Rte. 568 and follow signs to Knauers.
Go two miles and turn left at the light onto Rte. 625 North. Go 4.9 miles
